Reconciliation in progress. Glass is excluded from finishable area. Exterior faces and conflicting or unallocated runs are excluded from interior pricing. Lower-level figures still use the older mapper geometry and need revision. Review wall-to-room ledger and specific discrepancies.
Room list: Craig’s Revit schedule — 40 rooms. Room numbers and names follow the supplied drawings. The schedule’s square footage is floor area; all finish pricing below uses saved wall takeoff areas. Office 200 is marked “Not Placed” in Revit. Multi-room wall runs still need allocation, and overlapping ADU walls W07/W11 need review before a final contract total.
Each room has a separate choice for each current finish. Living paint and rammed earth are separate; shower marble and structured-rock accent walls are separate. Keeping current adds $0. Quantities remain partial where reconciliation is pending.

Shower accent walls: ADU, office and primary showers each have a separate accent row. Structured Rock faces assigned to a shower appear only in its accent row, excluded from the marble row. Other accent quantities remain pending until identified. Room totals are partial until all wall faces are assigned. Unlabeled and shared multi-room runs are held in “Room assignment pending,” not guessed into a room. Current finishes and net wall-face areas come from the five saved wall takeoffs. Each face uses its saved height and opening deductions. Exterior and feature finishes are retained unless you change them. Every allocated face carries a rate; this is an estimated contract adjustment, not an issued change order.

Baseline source and pricing
All 119 original saved walls remain traceable with both faces. Split segments preserve each original net area exactly. Mapper “inside/outside” identifies a face, not necessarily interior/exterior. Glass and no-finish faces are retained at no finish-coating cost. Current rates use the saved finish cost sheet when both material and labor are entered; paint uses Craig’s $3 allowance. Specialty finishes are priced at Craig’s confirmed rates: stucco $30, rammed earth $60, stone $25, wood slat $6 per sq ft. Upgrade rates: tile $25, paint $3, microcement $30 ($15 material + $15 labor), Venetian plaster $15, limewash $5, clear sealer $2, stucco $30 ($15 + $15), rammed earth $60 ($30 + $30), stone $25, wood slat $6, concrete wall tile $18.75 ($3.75 + $15), paint + clear sealer $5, limewash + clear sealer $7. Glass, bare and unassigned faces carry no finish cost. No markup is added. Contract change equals proposed finish cost less current finish cost on each changed face.
Source quantities are a dated takeoff snapshot. Subsequent mapper edits are not silently imported into saved upgrade choices. Lower bathroom walls remain in the takeoff; there is no invented lower shower row.
